Frank

Keith “Frank” Franklin

Hailing from the Bronx, Keith Franklin worked as an engineer and technician for the U.S. Army at Fort Monmouth prior to his retirement in 2003.  Frank, as he’s known to many, has been a singer his entire life, but began performing in earnest in 1997 at the Stuttgart International Hotel in Germany, a gig he held for two years.  He’s performed at countless events, including summer concert series along the shore, which he continues to this day.  Specializing in popular standards, Frank’s range encompasses everything from Sinatra and Armstrong to Broadway classics and pop hits.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, Red Bank’s best-kept secret just did…and it got bigger. Gaetano’s Italian Restaurant is expanding.

We are happy to announce that we have added approximately 80 new seats in the newly renovated room. The room will double as a private party room for up to 80 guests, catering to all types of events. Additionally, when not being used as a private room, it will be utilized as a second dining room. The bonus feature to this is the change to our Saturday night reservation policy. We are now able to accommodate your reservation requests on Saturday evenings. With thanks to our regular clientele and the public knowing a great place when they see one, this could not have been possible.

Gaetano’s is among the newest and most authentic Italian restaurants that has come to Red Bank. Our management team and chefs have trained for many years throughout Italy and here in the States in the art and flair of Italian cookery. The restaurants’ design and interior atmosphere, with an open-air kitchen and brick oven pizza, is reminiscent of the typical Italian restaurant setting throughout southern Italy.

All aspects of the cooking process including the fresh brick oven pizza’s, the full line of pastas, entrees and desserts are prepared right before your eyes in our one of a kind open air kitchen. Not only do you get the most authentic food available, but the performance of our culinary team at work, the wonderful aroma’s that come from the kitchen and our bountiful fresh antipasto display placed on our cool granite counters takes place right before your eyes
