Just when you thought it couldn't get better, Red Bank's best-kept secret just did...and it got bigger. Gaetano's Italian Restaurant is expanding. We are happy to announce that we have added approximately 80 new seats in the newly renovated room. The room will double as a private party room for up to 80 guests, catering to all types of events. Additionally, when not being used as a private room, it will be utilized as a second dining room. The bonus feature to this is the change to our Saturday night reservation policy.  We are now able to accommodate your reservation requests on Saturday evenings. With thanks to our regular clientele and the public knowing a great place when they see one, this could not have been possible.

Gaetano's is among the newest and most authentic Italian restaurants that has come to Red Bank. Our management team and chefs have trained for many years throughout Italy and here in the States in the art and flair of Italian cookery.
