Raspberry Baby Greens – Mesclun greens tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette topped with Gorgonzola cheese and freshly slice Anjou pears

 

Spinach and Goat Cheese – Tossed in a strawberry vinaigrette and served with baby artichoke hearts and a silky goat cheese

 

Arugula and Grilled Chicken Breast – Tossed in whole grain mustard and balsamic vinaigrette, with grilled asparagus and roasted peppers

Eggplant Rollantini – Sliced eggplant, breaded and stuffed with seasoned ricotta, parmesan cheese and prosciutto, topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce and baked in the oven

 

Sautéed Asparagus – In a blackened butter sauce with melted Fontina drizzled with a balsamic reduction

 

Marinated Baby Artichoke Oreganata- Prepared with seasoned Italian breadcrumbs and parmigiano cheese then baked with an olive oil and lemon sauce

 

Shrimp Scampi -Sautéed in a garlic and lemon-white wine sauce served on garlic foccacia

 

Lobster Ravioli – Homemade ravioli stuffed with Maine lobster and ricotta served with a tomato basil cream sauce

Chicken Breast Francaise – Egg battered breast sautéed in a lemon butter and white wine sauce with choice of sauteed baby spinach or Gaetano’s vegetable medley

 

Penne a la Vodka – Bound in a tomato cream sauce tossed with onions, pancetta and fresh basil

 

Pan Seared Salmon – Parmesan cheese crusted, baked in the oven and serve with diced shrimp, roasted red peppers, basil and a lemon butter white wine sauce with choice of sauteed baby spinach or Gaetano’s vegetable medley

 

Gaetano’s Homemade Fusilli – Tossed with sautéed chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and asparagus served with a light white wine tomato sauce

 

Tilapia Evelyna – Egg battered tilapia sautéed in butter, lemon and white wine with asparagus, shallots, tomato slivers and jumbo lump crab meat with choice of sauteed baby spinach or Gaetano’s vegetable medley
