Eggplant Rollantini – Oven-baked sliced eggplant, breaded and stuffed with seasoned ricotta, parmesan and prosciutto topped with fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce
Spinach Ravioli – Homemade Ravioli filled with fresh spinach and ricotta cheese in a roasted garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese sauce
