Served with baby arugula and tomatoes with tartar sauce

Grilled chicken breast, applewood bacon, mozzarella, lettuce tomatoes, garlic aioli dressing

Tuscan Focaccia

Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers drizzled with reduced balsamic glaze

Beet Salad– Served with red and yellow beets, goat cheese, and five-spiced honey glaze roasted walnuts with a side of baby arugula topped with balsamic reduction

Italian Egg Rolls– Filled with sweet sausage, risotto, broccoli  rabe, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and served with marinara

Porcini Ravioli– Filled with mascarpone, ricotta, and parmesan in a pesto cream sauce

 Red Beet Linguini– Sautéed shrimp, spinach, and tomatoes in a roasted garlic-Pernod cream sauce

Gnocchi Fresca– With sautéed plum tomatoes, pancetta, garlic, shaved parmesan, and fresh basil

Rigatoni Capri– Baked with sweet sausage, marinara, ricotta, and parmesan, topped with melted mozzarella

Shrimp Risotto Gamberi– Sauteed shrimp, roasted garlic, fresh tomato and baby arugula made with a savory seafood sauce

Chicken Oreganata Baked with lemon, butter, and white wine, topped with a seasoned breadcrumb and parmesan crust

Cod Provencal Baked and served over fingerling potatoes and garlic spinach, topped with kalamata olives and thyme in a white wine plum tomato sauce.
